It can operated by both manual and pneumatic single shaking head

Digital control system and PID micro computer control ensure the hight pricision(0.5℃).

The heat pipe connect with the heat plate,the special design of the heat plate ensure the safety and fast heat conductivity.

The pressure can be adjust,the operation is easy.So it can be widely used in flow line production.

The operation of worktable can be changed between manual and automatic.Digital control system will give prompt call after finished the process.It is precise,safe,and long use life.

The worktable was treated by special precess,thus it can print sulimation,hot stamping transfer and stamping objects.
 

Turn on the power switch,adjust the temperature,time and air pressure to the needed one.

When the temperature reached the setted one,turn the switch to "manual" begain to test.After confirm the quality is good enough,turn the switch to "automatic" start to volume-produce.

When the switch on "manual",press the heat plate untill the temperature reached the setted one.If the stamping position is not right,press "engency stop";when the switch on the "automatic",push the heat plate to needed position and then it will press automatically.
 

The machine should connect with safe earth protect.

(maintenance):

If the air pressure is too small or big,you can adjust the presure-regulating valve.(take care whether there is oil on the air bottle)

(Temperature)

when the temperature reached the setted one but the heat plate is not hot or heat evenly,please check the connection of temperature controller and the thermocouple.

When the switch on "manul",if it is not press,pls check the “manual” switch;when the switch on the “automatic,the bedplate is on the laction but not press,pls check the micro movement switch.
