This High Pressure Heat Transfer Machine mainly uses to transfer on textile cloth, ceramic, metal products. It can transfer on toy cloth, hand bag cloth, umbrella cloth,tent,t-shirt,flag,scarf,bedding,scroll,curtains,shoes,cap,handiwork,gift and advertising products.

(Operation Process)
Turn on the power
Close the pressure handle(adjust the proper pressure)
Adjust the temperature controller to the settled one, when the light off ,it started to work.
Adjust the timer to the needed one.
Put the objects on the stamping plate, then put the stamping paper on the cloth (notice the sides of the paper), drawer the heat plate to the original position. Press the handle, when the time reached the settled one, it will give warn, then put the handle to the original position.

(Notice)
Make sure the whole machine connect with safe earth protection.
Make sure the strength less than 30 kg
Take notice to the pros and cons of the stamping paper.
When it cools off, rip down the stamping paper. First wipe the stamping paper, and then rip down it after 5-10seconds. When finished stamp. Please rip down the stamping paper.
The stamping result was decided by the correct temperature, time and pressure. The thickness of the cloth, the material and the kind of the stamping paper also will affect the stamping result.
We can supply all kinds of stamping paper; before volume production, please test.

(Maintenance)
If the pressure is too high or light, first loose the nut, then turn the nut to adjust the pressure, when finished it ,lock it
when the temperature reached the settled one but the heat plate is not hot, please check the connection of temperature and thermocouple.(the temperature will reach 180℃ about 15 minutes)
when the time reached to the settled one but the warning is not given or warning endlessly, please check the micro movement contact whether proper.
When the handle was press to the button, lease the hand and let the handle up, please adjust the knob downward.
